ASBAL which began in 1980 in Bursa with the partnership of Akan and Sokmen families continue to meet the consumer today with the honey gathered from all around our country.

Selling honey between 1980-87, the company broke up fom partnership and went under the management of the Akan family. Afterwards, upon consumer demands, expanded its product range with tahini, molasses, jam, and halva. Together with this, it began to also serve non-domestic consumption and enhanced its acknowledgment at hotels, cafes and restaurants with ASBAL brand.

In 2013 it opened up its first retail spot, ASBAL BALEVI with a totally different concept at Bursa FSM. With this concept, besides the honey gathered from the most precious flowers of the country, it began to offer organic and exclusively produced honeys consumers cannot easily get to the consumers in big cities.

Continuing its Balevi concept by branching out with its store at Uludag Lift Facilities, market chains it is located in and with its corner stores, the brand is moving along its venture by also adding different segments.

In 2018, by expanding its production line and capacity and by moving to its new address where its headquarters is also located at, the brand is directing its route and vision to export, and is increasing its business volume each passing day.

Mission of ASBAL, having ISO 2000 and HACCIP certificates, is to make the honey that delivers cure and is loved by everyone from young to old age indispensable for the meals.
